The card ranks 10 to A are thick and blocky, and the 10 sometimes sits on a gold lotus base.
Lines
The old page said 20 paylines. That can't be right, because the third screenshot shows "Line 23 Wins 12". Winning lines are drawn in yellow with boxes round the symbols that count. Total bets of 200 and 40 appear in the shots, in the HongKong room.
About "max bet for higher winnings"
The message box in the first screenshot reads "Max bet for higher winnings". It's a nudge to raise your stake. Bigger bets mean bigger payouts when you win, and bigger losses when you don't. The chance of any spin winning doesn't change with the bet size.
