There's one payline across the middle. BET ONE adds a coin, up to three, and the coin value next to it was 0.01. In the spin above, a mixed line of 1BAR, 3BAR and 2BAR pays the "any three bars" prize at one coin: 10 times 0.01, which is the 0.10 in the WIN box.
