福杯 means lucky cup, and that's the entire game. Three blue-and-white porcelain cups sit upside down on a bamboo mat. A coin is under one of them. You pick a cup.
The old page's line, "Fortunately, you bring sure you get huge money", is the translation tool guessing, and the promise is false either way.
The table
Each cup has a price above it, 1:1.9, and a painted 賭 stamp in front: green, red and blue, which are the betting spots. Five chips sit along the bottom, worth 1, 5, 10, 50 and 100. A HISTORY card on the left marks where the coin turned up in past rounds, and a card on the right shows MIN 1, MAX 250, your BET and your WIN.
A round
PLACE YOUR BET flashes across the mat. In our round, 2 went on the middle red spot. The cups rose, the coin was sitting under the middle one, and a large YOU WIN banner appeared with BET 2 and WIN 5.8 in the corner. A NEW GAME button then resets the table.
Three cups, one coin, roughly a one-in-three chance each time, and a payout below 2 to 1 on each cup. Over many rounds the house keeps the difference.

Your stake comes back at 1.9 times. In our screenshot a bet of 2 on the middle cup returned 5.8, which suggests the win is paid on top of the stake, but the screen doesn't explain the sum.
Is Fu Bei Lucky Cups a skill game?
