Azteca, a jungle-ruin slot with two features
An explorer, a monkey, a seaplane and a stone temple. Azteca has 20 lines, a triple-multiplier free-game round and a pick-the-idol bonus.
Stone letters, a cracked temple wall behind the reels and a woman in a khaki shirt looking for lost gold. Azteca is an old-school adventure slot, and the Joker123 version has one of the more complete pay tables in the old screenshots.
Symbols and values
At the top of the pay table, the stepped temple is the wild: 10,000 for five on a line, 2,000 for four, 200 for three and 10 for two. It covers everything except the scatter and the bonus idol.
The picture symbols pay less than you might expect from the artwork. A small monkey pays 500 for five, a red and white seaplane 400, and a canvas backpack 200. The carved A, K, Q, J and 10 pay 150 down to 50.
Two ways into a feature
The explorer. She's the scatter. The table lists 500 for five, 100 for four, 5 for three and 1 for two, and says the scatter triggers 12 free games with a x3 multiplier. The small preview on that screen shows a "You won 12" message followed by the free-game reels.
The golden idol. A square gold mask with red eyes is the bonus symbol. Three of them start the bonus game, four give Bonus x5 and five give Bonus x27. The preview shows a dark temple room with golden statues, each hiding a value like 1.50 or 2.50, so it looks like a pick-a-statue game.
What's in the old text
The old page promised "a fair share" of multipliers and free spins and suggested you could "take away the wealth of a lost civilisation". Leave that part out. The multipliers are real, the free games are real, and neither changes the odds in your favour.
Settings
The Lines box showed 20 in every screen. Play sets the line bet, 0.01 GP in all five screens, for a Total Play of 0.20. Spin, or hold it for auto spin.
